ROLE IN THE PROJECT:

LFOUNDRY will manufacture optical sensor samples (with some process variations) in order to develop the innovative metrology based on the plasmonic amplification of signals. LFOUNDRY will also perform standard micro Raman characterizations as reference for the development of the new techniques and, if technically possible, participate in the round robin for standardization of the new techniques.
